I hold a degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University (2011), which laid the foundation for my career in business and strategy. Over the years, my interests have expanded into economics, which I believe is a crucial aspect of successful marketing today. My Journey
From 2014 to 2018, I had the privilege of serving as Chief Operator of my family’s small business, The Growing Fields LLC in Rustburg, VA. This hands-on experience taught me the ins and outs of running a small business—everything from day-to-day operations to long-term planning. I witnessed firsthand the challenges and rewards of small business ownership, which deepened my passion for helping others succeed in the same way.
I also gained valuable leadership experience working as a Deli Manager at The Fresh Market from 2021-2022, where I honed my skills in team management, customer service, and sales strategy. This role allowed me to further sharpen my business acumen and understand the nuances of consumer behavior.
Most recently, I served as Restaurant Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse from 2022-2024. Managing a busy restaurant provided me with invaluable experience in high-pressure situations, team coordination, and large-scale marketing and operational strategies. The role also gave me a deeper understanding of the food and hospitality industry and the importance of crafting tailored marketing approaches to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
